  We are Jacques and Linda (J&L). Jacques comes from a long line of Acadian woodworkers and Linda, born and raised in Calgary, Alberta, has dabbled in many art forms from beads and leather to tapestry and sewing. Together, we have produced many beautiful works of art and have won ribbons and awards from various fairs and woodworking shows.

  We learned the art of woodturning while living in Texas as members of the Woodturners of North Texas. Through the club's library, we discovered the works of Ray Allen and Malcolm Tibbetts and immediately fell in love with the art of segmented turning. We currently live in Shediac, New Brunswick and have finally gotten our new wood shop up and running.
